Contact iDevMeet

One inbox handles everything — account help, privacy requests, safety reports, copyright notices and general questions. It is read by a person, not a ticketing system, so a clear subject line and the details below will get you an answer faster than a follow-up ever will.

What to include

Your display name is the one thing we almost always need, because accounts here are named rather than keyed to an email address — without it we usually cannot tell which account you mean. Beyond that: the URL of the page, roughly when it happened, and what you expected to happen instead. A screenshot settles most questions in one round trip.

Something urgent or unsafe

Do not wait on email. Every message and post has a Report action that reaches the moderation team with the surrounding context attached, and in a private conversation you can block or mute the other person yourself, straight away. Email is the slower path and is better suited to things that need a conversation. The Community Guidelines set out what is and is not allowed, and what happens after a report.

Account recovery

Accounts are a display name plus a password, with a recovery code issued when you sign up. If you have that code you can reset the password yourself from the sign-in screen. If you have lost both, say so — but be aware that without an email address attached to the account there is a limit to what we can verify, which is exactly why the recovery code is worth saving somewhere safe.

Privacy and copyright

For a data request, say what you want — a copy, a correction or deletion — and send it from an address you can be reached at. For a copyright notice, identify the work, link to the content on iDevMeet, and confirm you hold the rights. The Privacy Policy covers what is collected and why.

Never send us a password

Not your password, not a recovery code, not a session token — not in an email, not in a chat, not to someone claiming to be staff. Nobody from iDevMeet will ever ask you for one, and any message that does is an attempt to take your account.
